Q: I lost shards/diamonds/orbs after updating to 2.11!
A: There was an item duplication bug in version 2.1 that gave users extra rewards. This has been fixed in 2.11 and those rewards have been removed. So if you lose shards/diamonds etc after loading 2.11 its because they were bugged. Sorry :/


Q: I get the message “Something went wrong” when I try to uploads levels, post comments, check highscore etc.
A: Make sure your password is correct. Open Geometry Dash and go to “Options/Account/More/Refresh Login”.


If you can login but still get the error message, please contact support.


Q: How can I change my password?
  • Go to this page: Account Management
  • Click “Forgot Password”
  • You will get an email with a link where you can change your password.
  • After changing your password you will have to refresh your login ingame. “Options/Account/More/Refresh Login”

Q: I get the error “Invalid Email” when trying to register!
First make sure you have entered the correct email. If you are sure the email is correct, follow the steps below.


  • Go to this page: Account Management
  • Click “Invalid Email”
  • Enter your email and click “Add Email”.
  • You should now be able to register using that email.

Q: I forgot my username.
A: Go to this page: Account Management


Q: I cannot see my global rank, have I been leaderboard banned?
A: Right now the minimum stars to have a global rank is 2000. If you have below 2000 stars you will not see a global rank even if you are not leaderboard banned.


The system is currently begin changed, so ranks etc. may not work properly. For now just wait 🙂


Q: How can I change my username?
A: You can change your username once per month.
